℅ TOTEME is our loyalty service housed in the TOTEME app.
To join ℅ TOTEME, download the TOTEME app in Apple Store or Google Play and create an account. If you already have an account you will be automatically enrolled. Once you accept the terms in the app, all you have to do is to log into your existing account to view your current benefits and services.
There are four tiers in ℅ TOTEME: № 3, № 2, № 1 and Private. Your tier is determined by your spend in the past 12 months.
Log in to the app and click on My Profile to see your current tier.
Your ℅ TOTEME tier is determined by your spend in the past 12 months. As soon as your spend qualifies for the next tier, you will be instantly upgraded to the tier you are qualified for.
You will remain in that tier for 12 months. If you qualify for a new tier during that time, you will be upgraded again. Every 12 months your tier will be updated, based on your spend in the past 12 months. Visit the ℅ TOTEME Membership Terms and Conditions page to read the full terms.
If you have an existing account at toteme-studio.com, your spend in the past 12 months will define what tier you start on.
As soon as your spend is qualified for the next tier, you will instantly be upgraded to the tier you are qualified for. You can be upgraded more than once every year.
Every 12 months after you joined OR after your latest purchase as a member, your tier will be evaluated and you will be moved into the tier you qualify for.
On the Swedish website/app your tier will be calculated in SEK, on the international website/app it will be calculated in EUR and on the US website/app, USD.
If you make purchases in other currencies than your home currency, we will manually import these transactions by the end of every month. So for example, if your home city is New York (USD) and you shop in any of our stores in Stockholm, we will adjust your transactions manually (with a slight delay). If you want us to adjust this earlier, get in touch and we will do it for you.
Make sure that you have opted in to receive push notifications from the app. You will then get all updates in real time, including time-sensitive benefits/services.

Your dedicated concierge is your direct contact at TOTEME. If you have access to this service you will find their direct contact details in the app. The concierge can assist you with everything relating to your shopping experience, from styling advice, deliveries, appointments and special requests.
If you go to the Profile section of the app and click Appointments, you will be able to book a new appointment.
Yes you will. After you have booked your appointment, you will hear from us and be able to select your preferred channel for the virtual appointment.
At the end of your appointment, we will share a link where you can access the shopping cart that was created for you. You will then be able to check out with all your details prepared. Please be aware that you will not be able to make changes to your cart yourself. If you want to remove pieces or change sizes, we will happily do it for you.
If you want to leave the loyalty program you can contact the Customer Experience team or your concierge who will assist you.
