RETURN POLICY

• A return fee of 100SEK will be deducted from your refund.

• Returned items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. This also applies to full-price and sale items.

• All items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags. Worn pieces will not be accepted.

• Shoes must be tried on a clean surface and returned with the original packaging.

• Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.

• When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed to avoid damage.

• Upon receiving your returned items at our warehouse, we will refund you within 14 business days using the same card/account you used to place your order. Please note that the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

• We do not accept returns or claims for TOTEME items bought from other retailers or second-hand retailers.

• Returns processing may take longer during busy periods.

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.

CLAIMS

If you think your item(s) are damaged or faulty, please reach out to clientservices@toteme-studio.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
